An Owner’s Representative Can help you…

As your Owner's Representative, we have the experience and expertise to look out for your best interests and efficiently guide you throughout all project phases—from inception, planning and design to construction, completion, and close-out. We provide the road map, navigating everything from project inception to final completion.


Our fee is established as a fixed amount, beyond our fee, all other expenses are "cost of work." This aligns our interests giving us the common objective to get the best price, from the right contractor or supplier. It becomes our duty as the construction manager to protect the owners interests with subcontractors and suppliers throughout the construction process. This allows us to provide additional cost savings to the owner that would not be realized in a hard bid scenario.


Our approach is collaborative, but one which provides accountability to all project team members. Using this approach, we become an extension of the Owner to assist in making informed decisions as the project moves from concept through to completion and close-out.


As your advocate, we will ensure your project progresses efficiently, all team members are engaged at the right time, contractual deliverables are met to maximize your investment

The success of any project is dependent on the critical attention to management of the project budget, schedule, quality, and communication. As your Owner's Representative, we will develop or verify your budget and schedule to determine if they are appropriate to deliver on the desired scope and to meet the project goals and objectives. In this initial due diligence phase, we will identify the project drivers and project risks and establish necessary controls and risk mitigation measures. This service offers owners the ability to know exactly how much a project will cost prior to soliciting general contractors and seeking loans or final preparations for construction.
